Most of the people I work with aren't in crisis. They're capable, thoughtful, often high-achieving - and quietly stuck. See if any of these feel familiar.
You're working hard but it's costing more than it should. The energy you're spending doesn't match what you're getting back.
You know you want something different - a new direction, a step up, a way back in - but the path isn't obvious from the inside.
You're capable, and you know it somewhere. But the self-doubt is louder - and it's been making your decisions for you.
Good coaching creates the conditions for real change - more clarity, more confidence, better decisions, and a clearer sense of what you actually want. It works because the thinking is yours. The insights you reach for yourself are the ones that stick.

About Amy
I'm Amy - an ICF PCC-credentialled coach with over 20 years of HR and people development experience, including senior roles at GE and The Co-operative Group.
I've had the career that looked fine from the outside and felt wrong on the inside. I've sat with the self-doubt that doesn't match the CV. I've made the pivot that was hard to explain to other people.
I work with people at all kinds of career crossroads. What they tend to have in common is that they want someone who understands the world they're working in - but who isn't part of it. Someone who can think it through with them properly - and who has no stake in what they decide.
Outside of work I'm a mum, an introvert, a reluctant runner, and a member of a choir. I love coffee, daffodils, and a good stationery shop. I don't like marmite, pigeons, or being cold.
The work I do is real, unhurried, and human. I bring my whole self to it - and there's room for you to do the same.

Helen
Having been made newly redundant, my confidence had taken a knock. Through meaningful 1:1s, Amy's support enabled me to focus once again. She listened and provided the right support for my needs. Amy is a natural who genuinely cares about her clients and is expert in all manner of coaching. She has the magic.
Declan
Before I worked with Amy I was nervous, confused about which career path to take, and after 26 years at the same company had no idea how to get another job. Amy made me feel like I was the most important person she was coaching. I would recommend Amy to anyone who needs help finding their next career choice.
Lucy
Amy does not let you off the hook but has a very gentle way of bringing you back to the nub of the issue. I often almost cancelled because I was "too busy" - but on every occasion I realised it was the most impactful 45 minutes of my week. Anyone would be lucky to work with her.
Roopa, Quality Assurance Systems Officer
I have had the privilege of being both coached and mentored by Amy over the past two years. Amy is creative, listens exceptionally well and knows how to ask questions that really make you think. She is enthusiastic, professional and inspires others over and over again. I would highly recommend Amy as a coach to anyone.
Polly, Learning Strategy & Development Leader
Amy is naturally an incredibly effective coach. She applies individualised techniques to get the best out of the coachee and is not afraid to ask the tough questions. She has a unique balance of empathy and objectivity that empowers the coachee to discover solutions and take ownership for them, always remaining focused on achieving a positive outcome.
For those who want to feel heard, be challenged, and start moving forward.
